01Acceptance of Terms

A Queens77 is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, poker, and other games of chance for players aged 18 and over residing in Brazil. Access to and use of the platform are subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Rules, and any bonus- or promotion-specific terms available on the platform.

By clicking "Create Account", "Sign Up", or any equivalent button, you confirm that:

• Is at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Resides in Brazil and is accessing the platform of their own free will;
• Is not acting on behalf of any third party and will not use the account for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Has read and agreed to all terms set out herein in the version in effect at the time of registration.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the platform Queens77, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Each individual may hold only a single account at Queens77. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is considered a serious violation of the Terms and will result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held in them. Queens77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to confirm the account holder's eligibility.

The information provided at registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, email, and mobile number — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Using false information or someone else's data to create an account is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

03Identity Verification (KYC)

Queens77 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering standards and industry regulations. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases of unusual account activity.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Valid CPF documentation;
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Selfie with a valid government-issued ID, as requested.

Failure to complete verification requests within the deadline set by the support team at Queens77 may result in a temporary account suspension and withdrawal hold until the verification process is complete. Queens77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the Pix key used must be linked to the account holder's CPF.

04Deposits

Deposits at Queens77 are accepted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL, R$) via the following methods:

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves — deposits from third parties are not accepted. queens77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player. Deposits suspected of money laundering or of illicit origin will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be closed.

05Withdrawals

A Queens77 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to the registered account holder's bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. No fees are charged on withdrawals, regardless of amount or frequency.

• Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours, and within 4 hours outside of those times;
• The Pix key must be linked to the same CPF as the queens77 account holder;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification (KYC) before processing;
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement are not available for withdrawal;
• Only the real balance (deposited funds and winnings with completed rollover) may be withdrawn.

Queens77 reserves the right to carry out security checks before processing withdrawals in cases of suspected unusual activity, multiple account use, Terms violations, or pending identity verification procedures. During the verification period, the balance remains in the account and no deductions are made.

06Bonuses & Promotions

A Queens77 offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, boosted odds, and other promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific rules, published in full on the corresponding promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Available exclusively to new players who have not yet made any deposit;
• Standard rollover requirement: 30x the bonus amount received, within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted;
• Bonus funds not used before the expiration deadline are automatically removed from the balance;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting rollover requirement;
• In casino games, slots contribute 100% toward rollover; table games (roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%;
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the current one will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus;
• Queens77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and bonus-derived winnings if Terms violations or bonus arbitrage behavior are detected.

07Sports Betting

Sports Betting at Queens77 is available for both pre-match and live events. Specific rules for each sport and market are available in the betting lobby. The general rules are:

• The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by market and are displayed on the betting screen;
• Live odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the guaranteed odds;
• Events cancelled before they begin: all bets are refunded in full;
• Events interrupted after they begin and not completed: bets with an already-determined outcome are settled; all others are refunded;
• Obvious odds errors (e.g., impossible odds for a given market) will be corrected and the affected bets will be voided with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• In parlay bets where one event is cancelled, that selection is voided (odds set to 1.00) and the remaining selections stay valid;
• Bet settlement follows the official result issued by the relevant sports governing body.

08Casino & Games

• Technical failures during a round (disconnection, server error) do not constitute a valid result. The amount wagered is returned to the player's balance;
• Gaming strategies involving automated software, scripts, or any non-human mechanism are prohibited and will result in immediate account closure;

• The use of real-time HUDs, solvers during hands, or any automatic assistance software during gameplay is strictly prohibited;
• Collusion between players — coordinating actions at tables to the detriment of other participants — is considered a serious violation and will result in a permanent ban;
• "Chip dumping" (the intentional transfer of chips) is also strictly prohibited;

13Account Closure

• The available real-money balance (with no pending transactions) will be returned via Pix to the registered key within 5 business days;

Queens77 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts unilaterally in cases of violation of any clause of these Terms, suspicious activity, a competent authority's request, or at any time with 30 days' prior notice by email — except in cases of serious violation, where immediate closure applies.

14Limitation of Liability

A Queens77 provides its platform to the highest technical standard possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the platform's control:

• Bets not confirmed before a technical interruption will be fully refunded;
• Queens77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection instability on the user's end;
• Balance or odds display errors caused by known bugs will be corrected as soon as they are identified, with affected transactions reversed;
• The platform is not liable for betting decisions made based on incorrect information published by external sources.

15Changes to Terms and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through queens77 support will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo – SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
